[HOT] Import of 1, 087 health facilities in Kano State from eHealth Africa database

Hi Pierre:

I have tested again in the dev TM, and it doesn't work when I split a
task: http://tasks.dev.hotosm.org/job/481

As the import is still in consulting time, I will wait for Ben answer
about it. Maybe it can be solved the issue and no need for any exception.
