It does look like cars in a parking lot, good suggestion by Andy. I am
pretty convinced, you can almost see the outline of some windscreens.
You can also see a few cars parked to the east on the other side of
the street along a building at 12.66872/-7.97614

Just to the west there is another space where cars are parked in a
less orderly fashion.
