[HOT] Double tracings

There's no server delay (at least no delay that matters). But you do need
to upload your changes before you quit (or save, depending on your editor).

Without knowing your username, or the region where this happened, I can't
see what happened though.

Normally both houses would have a timestamp, so you can easily see if a
house was uploaded in the late evening, or in the morning, and who uploaded
it first.

It could also be that the other user was working on an offline, and
slightly outdated dataset. He should never do that. But mistakes can happen.
