[HOT] HIU Tile Caches Maintenance Window; 2014-09-26

Good afternoon, everyone.

We'll be making significant improvements to our imagery services
infrastructure this Friday.  This will require taking the HIU tile caches
offline at certain times.  The HIU tile caches may be unavailable for most
of the maintenance window.  The work is expected to take at most 6 hours.
The work will take place from *Friday, September 26, 2014 10AM EDT* to *Friday,
September 26, 2014 4PM EDT*.
