[HOT] Nepal: Call for data

As far as populated places, we are just starting work on merging in
GNS place names (811 in nepal) into OSM.  There are also tasks on the
TM now for tracing buildings and residential polygons, so hopefully we
will have decent populated place data coming in the next day or two.
