GIScience group of Heidelberg University
<http://www.geog.uni-heidelberg.de/lehrstuehle/gis/mitarbeiter_en.html> just
set up an OpenRouteService Disaster Map:
www.openrouteservice.org/disaster-nepal which will be updated every 30
minutes.

The map provides additional layers which show important emergency related
POIs like hospitals, camp sites, rescue stations etc. as well as *damaged
and collapsed* buildings (if available).

Furthermore, the additional OpenRouteService *SOS - route profile*
currently considers *passible and impassible tagged ways* and dynamically
adjusts the graph weights of OSM streets accordingly. There is also a
functionality for defining areas that should avoid in the routing, which
can be helpful for manual definition of affected areas not yet tagged as
such.

Hopefully this resource will be useful and we are open to feedbacks towards
improvement.
