[HOT] Nepal Earthquake, local asset and local maps

Anders,
people in Kathmandu could meet Nama and Kathmandu living lab colleagues and offer there help. Nama is on this list.

About import from other maps, we have to be careful about licensing problems. Again, Nama (Nepal timezone) would be the person to answer these questions.

Hi, lots of info passing by so I'll be short.1. Any specific sites we want people in Kathmandu to contribute, besides adding notes to the map? Got a local engineering company contact who are eager to contribute.2. Also, a colleague found a 1:50.000 map they bought over the area of Khudi Gorka. Is there any way to find out if some of the info in maps from local governments has been cleared for OSM use? Map is originated from the "Survey departement of his majesty's government of Nepal".--mvh/best regards,
