[HOT] Satellite image quality too low for mapping / not loading

Hi, I'm completely new to this and currently trying to help mapping in the Nepal earthquake areas, via mapgive. Using the iD-Editor, the quality of the satellite images is very low and i can't really make out the features. Please help!
