[HOT] FW: Validation

How about 'start' and 'stop'. Those two words would be understood 
universally where "check in' and 'check out' and 'start work' and 'end 
work' might have connotations in other cultures and languares we can only 
guess at. If need be 'start mapping ' and 'end mapping ' might work, too. 
Careful consideration is important.
