[HOT] Preparing new release - Please help us with translations

Hi Heather, we use Transifex for all our translations now.

HOT's organization on transifex is here:

https://www.transifex.com/hotosm/

New translators should sign up for Transifex and then request to join 
our organization or the specific projects in it.

Feedback on that process is welcome as I have not been through it.
