[HOT] Portable OSM

Many thanks Dale for sharing this great news. It will really be the awesome
tool for offline data collection and solve a lot of issues regarding
FieldPaper. This news has been shared among the OSM Bangladesh
<https://www.facebook.com/groups/osmbd/?fref=nf> community, hope the
mappers will come up with their suggestions to build the POSM tool more
effective.
