[HOT] West Africa Borders

As part of the West Africa Border Mapping project that the Red Cross is
doing we've began to try and clean up the existing data. One of the biggest
issues is the existing OSM border information. The borders are not built as
relations to the rivers that form the borders.

I was wondering if there are any HOT folks that would be interested in
helping to clean up these borders.
