[HOT] Update on HOT Indonesia 4th Year Project

Dear HOT Community,

HOT Indonesia recently started its 4th year program in October 2015. We are
continuing to grow and expand our deliverables in term of trainings, tools
and guidelines throughout Indonesia and looking for ways it can benefit HOT
and OSM community at large. I just write a blogpost to briefly explain
