[HOT] imagery offset in task #878?

Hi All,
The difference between Bing and the supplied NextView imagery for task #878
Missing Maps: Akobo, South Sudan is about 15 m in one of the task tiles.
Doesn't seem like there is a whole lot of pre-existing data. My past
observations are that we usually align to Bing. What should be done in this
case? Move existing data to align with the NextView? I don't see any GPS
traces for the area. Thoughts?
