[HOT] Vanuata Islands, Pam Cyclone

Google Cyclone Pam Crisis map shows the track of the cyclone. We see that north of Vanuatu, it does not pass close to islands. But there were report of some vulnerability of islands in Kiribati.https://mapsengine.google.com/06831253009698256830-04330043000251498305-4/mapview/?authuser=0

Individual contributors can go there, map and evaluate if this needs more care.
