UNOSAT maintain a Damage assessment map for GDAC, this to help coordinate among organizations.See https://gdacs-smcs.unosat.org/
 
UNOSAT triggered the Space Charter on Friday 13th based on request from UN OCHA Regional Office for the Pacific. They have since do a range of damage assessment products. See www.unitar.org/unosat/maps

UNOSAT produced damage assessments from Pleiades post-disaster imagery. These are reported by zone.
