Thanks for these updates. Will add this link  in the wiki page to assure even more availability of data.

- Alternate PFB file if any problem downloading from Geofabrik (one hour late vs Geofabrik).

Hmmm, weird.  Still get time outs from the original, I was able to get it off mapcache though, so thanks!

Feel free to use these locations. They will be an hour behind the dataset at Geofabrik at most.

Is anyone else having difficulty getting the latest update from http://labs.geofabrik.de/nepal/latest.osm.pbf ?  If so, is there an alternate location?
