[HOT] Crossing highways

I've just finished cleaning up fifty of these by putting a node on the
junction so routing software can find the route mainly from a mapper whose
last map was nine months ago.

JOSM validation will throw them up as warnings but if you are running a
maperthon it might be worth while mentioning to any new mappers, and yes I
know we ask a lot of them already.
