[HOT] Research opportunity

Dear Team,

I'm interested in doing a research to try to reapply this technology to
other areas. Maybe a smaller magnitude but I'll believe it will be helpful.

Yesterday my city was flooded after some rain. I think it will be an
opportunity for me to try to map the information and broadcasted for
untested parties. At least I would like to learn the tools used in order to
apply it.
