[HOT] Mapillary plugin for JOSM

Hi,

I was looking at some tasks in Haïti which can be performed using Mapillary
images. Over the summer a plugin was developed for JOSM during a GSoC
project, so maybe it's possible to mention this. Now iD is mentioned, but
that's a bit contradictory for some tasks which start out by saying JOSM is
the better tool for that  sort of job.

After installing the plugin, it's probably most convenient to use
semi-automatic mode to figure out for which areas Mapillary pictures are
available.
