[HOT] no task borders

Hello,

I have problem seeing task borders on Tasking manager when I choose the
task to contribute. At first I thought maybe it is a short bug or
something. we had a short mapping party, it was only me who had a problem
with the "pink" border line. I restarted, "relogged", nothing helped. After
a day the problem still persists. What could be the cause?
