[HOT] Digital Globe releases imagery under CC0 - Public Domain for Ecuador - Thank you DG!

I am not sure if DG is on this lis or not, but they released their
imagery post event for the Ecuador earthquake as Public Domain, CC0
the best license for humanitarian data possible and I want to thank
them for that.

That made sure it got out and was immediately usable to the largest number of
users as fast as possible and everyone was free to do whatever they
wanted with it. That is a humanitarian License. CC0. It will also
probably be usable forever going forward this way too. No one will
ever have to ask DG again for permission to use that data again.
