[HOT] HOT User Surveys

There will be a meeting on Thursday December 15th to further discuss the development and implementation of user surveys. 

Last week's meeting was very productive. A number of ideas were shared and groups have been formed to further explore conducting user surveys. If you are interested in learning more or helping out please join us.

The meeting will take place in Gitter (https://gitter.im/hotosm/osm-analytics) on Thursday December 25th at 18:00 UTC.
