[HOT] OSM data using for holding tax collection ?

Dear Hotties,
IS there any experience around to share about the use of OSM data for urban
holding tax collection. Since, OSM data is the highest resolution and
accurate data collected from field, can we use this data for tax collection
works ? I want to suggest/share this idea to a Government agency in
Bangladesh who might make it work.
