[HOT] Languages something to think about on HOT projects.

I've been validating a couple of maperthons the project instructions are in
English, however some mappers seem to be Spanish or Portuguese from the
comments.

They aren't mapping what is in the English instructions, and its not just
one but quite a few.

So something for project managers to think about, make the instructions
very simple and if possible multilingual?
