[HOT] Project to map with refugees in the Dunkirk, France refugee camp

Hello everybody,

as a team member of the Jungle Maps project I would like to say how glad 
I am to work with such a great team like Jorieke, Blake and Johan.

Any contribution from the HOT/OSM community is highly appreciated!
