[HOT] HOT 2016 Annual Meeting and Elections

Greetings HOT Community,

 

We just shared a blog post announcing the launch of the 2016 HOT Board of
Directors and Chair for the Voting Members election

).

 

HOT is a growing organization and we would like to take this moment to share
more about HOT and about the upcoming elections. 

 

HOT has a number of community roles

d_Roles>  and activities, including the various Working Groups
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Humanitarian_OSM_Team/Working_groups> .
Every year we also seek members to help grow the organizational leadership.
Members <https://hotosm.org/voting-members>  are eligible to run for formal
roles like Board Members or Membership Chair. They abide by the Membership
Code of Conduct

eligible to nominate candidates as well as vote in the elections. If you
wish to be a member of HOT, due get in touch with Members to let them know
of your interest.
