[HOT] Regarding adding new projects to Task Manager

I installed OSM Tasking Manager recently in my linux machine. Everything
seems to be working. However, I have a confusion - I don't see any tab/link
to add new projects. Since I installed the OSMTM, I guess I am the
default/admin user. So, how do I go ahead and create new projects and add
other users as admin users?
