[HOT] OSM Task Manager

In the OSM Task Manager, there is a locking mechanism so that when one user
is mapping a box, others are not allowed to edit that same area. Is there
any way to lock multiple boxes together? Is there any inter-project locking
mechanism so that when one project is accessing an area another won't be
allowed the same area? Actually I am trying to figure out a way for users
to map one box and lock the surrounding boxes so that others are not able
to edit/modify another part of the same road which might be spread across
multiple boxes. I want to prevent editing multiple parts of the same road
parallely by two users in two tasks.
