[HOT] Field papers grids for OSMand

Thanks for all of this, Guys. That seems to work well. The next project 
is to tray to apply border shapes to osm using JOSM and then export them 
into OSMand, in the same way, to delineate 'districts'.
I shall try to keep you updated.
