Hey everyone,

Ralph - thanks for bringing this here. A few of us have started a
campaign and collecting responses to the ministry to reduce the scope
of this bill. You can follow the conversations on
http://savethemap.in/

The bill in it's current state is very unlikely to get approved. Will
keep you posted.
