To complicate matters, it seems that some of the mapping on this project
was done under a project on some other tasking manager using a different
imagery source (tms[23]:
http://imagery.openstreetmap.fr/tms/1.0.0/haiti_pleiades_201610/{zoom}/{x}/{y})
which does not align with either Bing or the imagery for this project
(tms[22]:
http://oam-tiles.s3.amazonaws.com/9ac2a651-43b7-4e46-b4c9-c7aa013a289c/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
).
