I would just add that every one listed in Pierre's email was and is
welcome to join the HOT public slack channel to help and collaborate
on the activation and response, no one who wants to help is excluded.
To date, only Jean-Guilhem has joined, but not contributed.

At the moment, the greatest need is for validation of the initial mapping.
