[HOT] Tracking number of mappers in real time - any suggestions please

Hi Janet,

The red cross API updates quickly, so that would work, or indeed the tools
Gysler, Blanca and I have been working on (mmstats). I don't know at what
point overpass would choke, but that's only needed to get the edits. The
rest comes from the red cross API.
