[HOT] The idea of (advanced) JOSM "practice projects"

Sure - and thanks for your feedback!

I guess the idea was to offer something different for validators - rather
than just mapping the same as the primary mappers, and fixing/completing,
they'd (in addition) get to use an interesting JOSM plugin, that builds
their advanced skills in JOSM. (While taking possibly problematic tasks,
such as inconsistently mapping residential areas away from beginner
