[HOT] Tasking manager - clone project with boundary.

Hi Bjoern,

It looks like Ethan did get exactly what you want created on the back
end, but I do not see a link to it on the front end yet.

But, I just tested this and it works as you want, it will download the
AoI as a geojson and then you can use that file unaltered to import
and create a new project for exactly that AoI. You will have to edit
the url for the project you want the AoI from:

https://tasks.hotosm.org/api/v1/project/3708/aoi?as_file=true
