[HOT] Welcome Rebecca

I am happy to announce *Rebecca Firth *has joined the HOT staff team to
fill the new role of *Community Partnerships Manager*.

Rebecca will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for
how HOT engages with our entire community -- both volunteers and external
partners.

I am sure you will have many good ideas for Rebecca, and we want to hear
