[HOT] Beirut contacts (OSM / HOT)

Hello again, another question for you lovely people....

The MSF team in Beirut would like to run their first mapathons in February.
They have asked me if I know of anyone locally that might be interested in
collaborating with them in this event...

I don't really, but maybe you guys and girls do?
