Good day Arun,
The first item in the Wiki anwsers this:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Canada:Ontario:Ottawa/Import/Trees#Licence
The data is licensed under the Open Data License Version 2.0 (Ottawa ODL
2.0) which has been approved by the DWG:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KyTLbQWSmo1rdoppqlFGTB3by-qVAzjLo_LPml3Ri9Y/edit
The original data is under the City of Ottawa open Data portal:
http://data.ottawa.ca/dataset/tree-inventory-street-trees/resource/ca318149-ba23-44dd-9355-a1ee62fe157a
Does this answer your questions Arun?
