[HOT] mapping for ebola response in DRCongo

Hi all,

Claire Halleux and I have published some tasking to support local,
Congolese institutions and other organisations respond to the ebola
outbreak in Bas-Uele [1

].

If you have some time, please pitch in with some mapping...

The imagery is from the DG service recently made available to OSM [2
<http://blog.digitalglobe.com/news/digitalglobe-satellite-imagery-launch-for-openstreetmap/>]
and is mostly very clear.
