[HOT] Validate this task if you consider that the work is complete.

Using the task manager for validation, a speech bubble comes up saying
"Validate
this task if you consider that the work is complete."  The bubble blocks my
view of the comment I'm writing. If there are many previous contributors,I
can just scroll the comment box down, but this doesn't work  for the first
few contributors. Would it be possible to hide the bubble when the user
mouses over it?
