[HOT] Experienced road network mappers - Salima District, Malawi

Hi all,

Just to follow up, here's a MapCSS file:
https://github.com/bjohas/JOSM-MapCSS-styles

The readme describes the colour codes used. For example, it adjusts the
style for residential, so that it's distinct from unclassified. Colouring
is added depending on surface, or for missing surface.
