[HOT] duplicate mapping

It sounds silly but I come across things being mapped twice often uploaded
with a fifteen minute gap.

If you're leading a maperthon could you please ask your mappers to upload
every fifteen minutes or so to reduce this.

If you're mapper the same suggestion applies.
