[HOT] Tasking Manager 3 Coming Soon

Hi Cristiano, all,

I posted message below 3 weeks ago but I'm not sure it reached the 
mailing. Main question was : "is there a way to upgrade from TMv2 for 
existing instances ? or maybe a way to migrate projects from v2 to v3 ?"
