[HOT] Critical Numbers Tool: Find Tasking Manager projects which need validation

Hey Jorieke,

the tool requests the information directly from the HOT Tasking Manager 
API. Therefore, it's always "live". Just depends on you and how often 
you use it to monitor the overall validation status. :)
