Dear all, the 2019 ICT4D conference is in Kampala, Uganda.

It would be great for many of the OSM and open data projects around the HOT
community to be represented! Scholarship opportunities are available.

I hope you'll submit a session proposal. We created a coordination document
to check whether others are submitting on a similar topic. Feel free to add
in your proposal if you submit one.
