[HOT] Call for Proposals: Sixth Annual HOT Summit

Hi everyone,

*The sixth annual HOT Summit has gone virtual! *We will be holding a
one-day event across several time zones on *Friday, December 4th* in
conjunction with the Understanding Risk conference
<https://understandrisk.org/>.

This year's theme is "10 Years of HOT: The Past, Present and Future of
Humanitarian Mapping," so we're looking for new and engaging online
presentations, dialogues, and lightning talks. To that end, we're putting
out a call for proposals to all who are interested in leading a
session. Please fill out this form

and submit by *Friday, September 11th* if you are interested. You are able
to submit more than one proposal, but please make sure they are unique
ideas or formats. Note that we encourage you to consider incorporating
technology such as Menti (mentimeter.com), audience polling tools, etc. to
maximize audience participation and interaction given our new virtual
format.
