[HOT] Ocean in Latin America

Hello,
Is there someone who knows why several countries in Latin America look like
ocean on the humanitarian layer on OpenStreetMap? Check here:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=5/3.119/-61.436&layers=H
Can someone fix that?
