[HOT] Tiburon Peninsula, Haiti - Remote Mapping Concluded

Dear HOT community,

On behalf of the Activation Working Group and Disaster Services Team at the
Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT), we are pleased to declare that all
our remote mapping activities organized for the response and recovery from
the August 14, 2021 earthquake on the Tiburon Peninsula have been
completed. Stay tuned for news about how we will continue to work with the
OSM Haiti community moving forward.

*Note: Our Tech team is hard at work trying to update the statistics
generator we use, so unfortunately we don't yet have any final update on
number of contributors, total amount of editing, feature counts, etc. - but
as soon as we can, we will capture those numbers in a final report that
will eventually be found at:

Please join the Activation Working Group meeting at midnight UTC next
Friday, October 29 for an After Action Review to collect feedback and learn
from this Activation - there are surely some lessons to capture. Visit

comments are incorporated into our learning.
