[HOT] HOT Disaster Response Update September 27

Greetings everyone,

We have some great updates regarding the incidents we have been activated
for over the last few months.

As of September 27th 22:00 UTC:

   - *COVID-19 Vaccination campaign*
      - *22 of 22 projects are complete*, validation is now finished on all
      22 projects! we still anticipate more projects; the team will meet this
      week to discuss.
      - so far, *2035 mappers* have made* 388,100 total edits*
      - *Algeria Fires*
      -
*The mapping of 2 major fires in Algeria is now complete! *
      - *679 mappers* digitized* 100,385 buildings *to conclude this
      response
      - the area has been *100% validated* and the Activation Working Group
      conducted an After Action Review at the last meeting
      - we still welcome feedback, if you were involved with this response
      we want your input, go to bit.ly/HOT-AAR
      - *Haiti Earthquake*
      - we just published *project 20 *which is the first of 6 projects
      making a final push to the east of the epicenter to fill in the remaining
      gaps in the area most heavily impacted. *17 projects are complete* (see
      here

      - *1024 mappers* have contributed* 146,146 buildings* to
      OpenStreetMap in Haiti
      - the campaign is currently *97% mapped* with *92% validated!*

This will be the last update for the Algeria Fires; and as our other
responses are winding down we will assess further updates via email. As
